The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Located in a rural area surrounded by woods and hills, it offers a relaxing atmosphere in close contact with nature. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it's worth it! It is normal to encounter insects and other animals typical of the countryside. The Leonberger House

Our accommodation is on the quiet mountain of Pistoia, one of the last places where greenery dominates, where time seems to have stopped, where silence is broken only by the chirping of birds and the sound of bells. The area offers many possibilities to all those who feel the need to spend some time in contact with the magnificence of Mother Nature. If you want to visit the most beautiful cities and characteristic areas of Tuscany, you can reach them in 1/3 hours by car

Metato Tiny House Chalet

Small stone and wood house, on two floors. Downstairs, there is a kitchen and living area. Upstairs, the sleeping area with bathroom is currently separated from the room by a curtain. The shower is outside the house, covered and with hot water, but 10 steps from the front door. Outside there is a pergola canopy with oven, barbecue and kitchen. Upon request, it will be possible to set up 2 tents suspended on the trees and add hammocks.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
