Beautiful small Loft, located in the village of Zortea, on the Dolomites of Lagorai in the natural park of Paneveggio, is located on the first floor of a typical local building completely renovated. It is spread over a single level with a mezzanine floor equipped with a terrace that runs along the entire perimeter of the house, equipped with a bench and a small table where you can enjoy a relaxing aperitif while enjoying a magnificent view of the quiet valley. Only one animal weighing less than 10 kg.

Caratteristico appartamento inserito nel borgo di Parech di Agordo, ai piedi delle montagne (vicinissimo alla partenza dei sentieri) e a due passi dal centro. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. Da precisare che gli ultimi cento metri per raggiungere la baita sono di strada sterrata e ghiaiosa. Accettiamo cani di piccola taglia.
