a very nice comfortable house in a pleasant area, it complied with what was described our stay was very pleasant and Miguel an excellent host, always attentive to our needs, he gave us very good recommendations to enjoy our stay to the fullest, we will definitely be back !!!!

Super convenient location to the restaurants, taxi boats, bars, stores, and chabad! Some noise on the street but just city noise. Easy to get to and check in process was easy, the hosts are nearby! Best hosts ever! I twisted my ankle/ broke my foot right before my arrival in San Pedro and wanted to get an xray right away. Samuel and Khiely arranged for a tuktuk to take me to a hospital, and Samuel helped bring my friends and I to an xray place in San Pedro, which are very hard to come by. What is also hard to come by is boots and crutches, however Samuel went out of his way to go to pharmacies/ disability centers to find me a boot and my crutches were borrowed from Samuel's friend Pedro who ended up becoming my tuktuk driver for the week since I could not walk anywhere. Samuel and Khiely were extremely attentive to all our needs and made for a comfortable and hospitable stay during a situation that could have otherwise left my group and I feeling very hopeless.

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

The place is a private place accessible mostly by the lake (via boat) although you can walk very at ease on a trail on the shore of the lake, a beautiful place with an excellent view, to take into account is the time of the boats, since regularly after 6 you have to hire a private boat, we would definitely return as the place is excellent

the place really very nice, however, does not indicate that the only way to get there is by boat, except for this, everything was excellent

The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Lake Atitlan. After several weeks of travelling around Central America, where various things weren’t working in the hotels we were staying in, Duncan’s apartment was the perfect reprieve. Super quiet but easy to get public water taxis to the busier towns (25 Quetzals). His dogs are possibly the most adorable on the planet. Especially Sampson. I probably messaged Duncan too much in the end because of how responsive he was 🤣 This is the place to stay.

Such an amazing and serendipitous stay. This little lakeside cottage was exactly what I needed for my week away in San Marcos. The area is perfect and easy access to the downtown San Marcos area. The bungalow itself is super quaint and perfect for 1-3 people. Filtered water provided and a full kitchenette and refrigerator to prepare your own food. The fire pit was lovely as well which I wasn’t expecting. Whenever I plan to be back in San Marcos I will absolutely be checking to see if this airbnb is available during my planned stay. Thank you!

A wonderful stay at B’Alam Ya Rentals! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Valentín was a great host while we stayed. Would definitely go back! It was a bit confusing checking in. Just make sure you reach out to your contact before arriving.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Del Carmen in the Azul House! The place was truly stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. Sofia was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Villa Del Carmen to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was beautiful. The peaceful environment and the AMAZING view were definitely worth it. Everything was as described and more. We really enjoyed out time here and would definitely love to be back. the kids had a great time at the pool, the lake and around the house. a beautiful place to rest, enjoy and to reset. We recommend this place.

I had such an incredible stay at Casa Bonita del Lago! The house is even better than the pictures: spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches to make guests feel right at home. The master bed is SO comfortable, and the outdoor space is incredible! You can tell how much work Marcos has put into creating a backyard oasis, and it has definitely paid off! Amazing views, the pool and fire pit are perfection, and the private beach and garden offer plenty of additional space to relax with a good book and the sound of waves on the lake shore. Great location, peaceful but accessible. And Marcos is a perfect host! Throughout my stay he was absolutely wonderful, responding quickly when I had questions and offering me great recommendations for the area. It is very apparent that Marcos genuinely cares about providing a special experience for his guests, and his kindness and attention to detail made my stay extra great. I will be back!

Our only regret after our trip was not staying longer at Sacred Tree. The accommodations were beautiful and it was obvious that Miguel and his staff thought about everything a person could need there. All of the employees were super kind, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future!

Luis has a spectacular house. It's location is the best of any other house. It also has parking for many cars if desired. The view of the lake and the volcanoes is stunning. Also, the house is very well equipped with personal items needed for the stay and all necessary utensils and appliances. Pure water was included, which is a great touch. Recommended 100 percent. We really enjoyed being there. We wouldn't choose another house

I loved staying in Griselda and Antonio‘s apartment. They were both hospitable and helpful. The apartment is spacious, quiet and easily walked to from the center of the hub bub and so much better to be away from that. Kitchen is equipped with the blender to make smoothies and anything you need for cooking. I would highly recommend it. I stay there alone, but it’s big enough for a family.

We had a wonderful stay at Geovany's place in San Pedro. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a well equipped kitchen. It was comfortable for 4 adults. The balcony offered a lovely view, and the area felt safe. Our early wake-up call from the roosters next door let us see the sunrise most mornings. It is about a 10-minute walk into town along a busy road, which we didn’t mind. Geovany also kindly provided us with a tuk tuk driver’s contact, in case we wanted a ride instead. Geovany was a kind and attentive host, always available if we needed anything. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location and house for a large party. We were situated close enough to downtown Panajachel to be able to easily grab a tuk tuk, but the house is tucked away and very private. Ventura and Claudia made our stay at Lake Atitlan easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Patricia's place for large groups.

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! This place was absolutely magical! it was our favorite stay so far and it exceeded our expectations. The space is so peaceful and you are a few steps away from the lake which we went to each morning for sunrise. There are also restaurants and cafes walking distance to the property!

Our stay at Aline and Mikael’s place was truly unforgettable! Their hospitality was incredible, and Miguel-Lukas was so helpful and responsive. The home is serene, spotless, and beautifully decorated—an absolute sanctuary. Away from the crowds but easy to explore the lake, the location felt safe and perfect for recharging. The hosts made us feel right at home, and nothing will ever top this experience. Highly recommend!

Everything was great and Gabi was responsive to any issues or needs. The place is beautifully decorated and from every window we could see the volcano. The photos don’t do it justice and it’s such a gem!
