Kenny was a great host, very responsive to messages and helpful with local suggestions. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony area is stunning and very close to the photos! Just one small thing to bear in mind - there is a flight of somewhat steep concrete stairs to enter the property which were a little tricky to navigate with big suitcases. Kenny was very helpful and carried one of our cases when we arrived, which was much appreciated!

the place really very nice, however, does not indicate that the only way to get there is by boat, except for this, everything was excellent

Our stay at Rocio's place was magical. The view of the lake was beautiful. The location was as described and you definitely need to find transportation to and from but we had no issues flagging down a tuk-tuk from the road. The place is compact but we were very comfortable there for two nights. The outside patio/deck area is the place to be.

Truly stunning home in an idyllic landscape. I love the raw connection to nature and expansive views of the lake. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive - a wonderful stay overall. Would recommend to others ands stay here again!

Beautiful house right on the lake, bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the kitchen and lounge open air as that’s where I want to be when at the lake. We enjoyed the dogs, the friendly old cat and all the birds. Tons of flowers. Elaine was very helpful with trail info and a boat contact. We didn’t end up kayaking this time but you’re perfectly situated to do so.

Christopher’s AirBnB was clean and had great amentities like access to a football field. He gave great recommendations and provided contacts to boat and shuttle drivers. Would definitely recommend

This place is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Humberto was always there when we needed him as well as Albert for any additional questions we had. If you’re looking for a little slice of heaven, you’ve found it!

If anything, the photos don’t do this place justice. Absolutely stunning views and right on the water. The staff are incredibly attentive and would often message me in the morning to check in and make sure everything was okay. The bar/restaurant on site is a huge plus since this airbnb is outside of any towns - although San Marcos is not too far away. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come back to the lake. Do not hesitate to ask if you need a Tuk Tuk to a nearby town, a boat to a further one, or even a car to the airport. They have contact info for all of that. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Alas Del Angel. Hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The pictures do not do this place justice, you have to come see it with your own eyes. Free kayak and paddle board rental, ability to swim in the lake, and a restaurant/bar at the location were some of the highlights of the stay. We will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.

Fantastic place! Extremely beautiful and peaceful with comfy beds and great views. The staff were all super nice and really looked after us. It was much appreciated when the restaurant cooked us some off-menu plain food after we got upset stomachs! Muchos gracias

Just like the pictures. The place is amazing! You wake up with such beautiful views that i can't describe it. We had a great time, super friendly hosts and they respond quickly. Loved the communication. The room was beautiful and super clean, the restaurant downstairs has very good food and I was fascinated that we could use the Kayak to appreciate the lake more. Super recommended ✨

What an incredible stay at Alas Del Angel. Incredible views of the volcanoes both from the dock and kayaking on Lago Atitlan. Phenomenal service - everyone was helpful, responsive, and overall so nice! Definitely recommend staying at Alas Del Angel.
