Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

The villa is ideal for group trips, with a private 15 x 6 metre swimming pool reserved for guests, which can also be used in the evening for dinners by the illuminated pool. A strategic location about 800 metres from the centre of Conegliano (50 km from Venice) on the road that leads to the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (we organise tastings in wineries surrounded by nature). Bus stop and supermarket opposite the house. Very close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, riding, tennis, gym, and indoor pool.

Apartment in Susegana

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Le Spezie farmhouse is located in the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The family farm grows Prosecco grapes and has an orchard and a wood. The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. There are games for children, swings and a charming wooden playhouse. Dogs, cats, chickens and a donkey.
