House 200m from the sea, rocky area but with a beautiful sea. If you go to the left about 350m you will find only beach. Furnished apartment including sheets and towels. It is located inside an enclosure where there are 3 other houses distant from each other, each with its own private area and veranda. Behind the 3 houses there is a large garden and parking space, ideal for sunbathing or having lunch... it can be used for all the houses. Barbecue available for everyone. In the surrounding area, you will find everything you need. Grocery store 150m away, butcher shop, bar, greengrocers, tobacco shop and restaurants, etc. Just a few kilometers from San Pietro in Bevagna, Torre Colimena. About 50 km from Lecce, Gallipoli and 23 km from Porto Cesareo. An extra bed can also be added upon request.
