From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

COMFORT HOUSE

The Holiday Home is located in a secure private residence, a few steps from the center of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations and the Sanctuary and the main means of transport. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.

Arteteca 3 is a new and welcoming apartment perfect for spending a pleasant and comfortable holiday. In the house you will find free fast wifi, towels, equipped kitchen, balcony, fridge, breakfast products, iron, a lovely balcony and much more. Located between the station, the airport and the historic center, it will be easy to reach the main centers of historical and cultural interest in Naples and its surroundings such as Pompeii, Sorrento and the islands of Ischia, Capri, Procida.
