Holiday rentals with a patio in San Sebastián Xolalpa

Muy lugar para alojarte si es que vas a un concierto, muy limpio, hay lugares cerca para comer, muy seguro, y los anfitriones muy amables y claros con las instrucciones, el único inconveniente es el estacionamiento, si llevas auto ten en cuenta que es probable que tengas que avisar para que muevan otros autos para que puedas salir.

Excelente atención El lugar es muy bonito y amplio, iluminado Tiene estacionamiento y vigilancia. La zona es de las que mas me gustan en la CDMX un Soriana y un Chedraui a media cuadra. El metro cerca. El lugar impecable, tal vez mi única queja seria que el internet falló bastante, nada grave porque solamente lo usamos para cosas rápidas de trabajo pero si sería bueno una pequeña checada. Nada grave, todo excelente

Gouslande was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The building is beautiful, so many amenities and the security presence really made you feel at ease. The apartment was equally beautiful, comfortable, clean and offered a great view. The location is fantastic, there's a Walmart and restaurant options literally right across the street. Next time I'm in CDMX I'll definitely be returning. Thanks again

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento superó las expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable con una estación de metro prácticamente enfrente; la limpieza y el orden con que lo encontramos eran impecables; todo en el apartamento funcionaba muy bien; Marcela siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y fue muy amable y flexible en cuanto a hora de llegada y salida; las instrucciones para ubicar el lugar fueron claras y precisas; lo recomiendo al 100% y, sin duda, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would stay again. Antonio was very welcoming and communicated well with us. The stay was very convenient for our flight out of Terminal 2.

Su ubicación es muy buena, ya que tiene cerca tiendas de conveniencia, un parque, un mercado etc. Es muy tranquila la zona, la casa es muy acogedora y cuenta con todos los servicios. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión es muy amable y respetuoso. En general un muy buen lugar para descansar

Quedamos encantados con la casa súper cómoda, Súper ubicación, Único detalle no tiene ventiladores la casa es fresca pero para personas calurosas si haría falta ventiladores!

Aunque solo estuvimos una noche todo estuvo excelente. Desde las instrucciones muy claras y completas, la apertura para permitirnos llegar antes, la atención y muy buena comunicación. La casa está increíble, muy linda, bien cuidada y llena de detalles para hacer agradable la estancia. Ojalá nos hubiéramos podido quedar más. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí. Desde antes de la llegada me contactaron, para la entrega de las llaves y para mostrarme el funcionamiento de los equipos en la casa. Me explicaron de la disponibilidad de todos los servicios y me dieron información del área.

Cristy was an attentive host and always responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had during our stay. She was a good resource for restaurant recommendations as she is a food blogger. My parents arrived a couple of days before us and she welcomed them generously and ensured their comfort prior to our arrival. This unit is located in a great area and walkable to many restaurants and shops.

El departamento se encuentra en un punto muy cercano a transporte público tanto metrobús como metro, entrada con la Facilidad de cerradura inteligente, excelente lugar para hospedarse. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Todas las fotos coinciden, todo impecable y buena comunicación con los anfitriones! Todo muy tranquilo, 100% recomendado, en cuanto a las cosas del depa todo muy básico pero si no vas a estar tanto tiempo está perfecto.

Great place for the value. We really enjoyed the sweet little courtyard and quiet privacy from the hustle and bustle while still being close to lots of exciting spots. The bed was SO comfy, appreciated the blackout curtains as well. The house stays cool and was all very comfortable with beautiful furniture.

This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I loved the outdoor living room with the large island with lots of stools. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. This place really had everything that we needed. The location was also fantastic! It was near so many great food spots and walkable to a lot of places. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.
