the stay was very pleasant, you immediately felt at home. clean, comfortable and comfortable apartment, equipped with every useful functionality for a short or medium stay. posistrategics has allowed us to fully enjoy the Christmas atmosphere and take beautiful walks.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Laura’s apartment in Cortina — we loved it so much, we extended our trip by 3 nights! The location couldn’t be more convenient, right in the heart of town. Step outside the front door and you’re immediately on the pedestrian promenade, with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops just steps away. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable — it really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped; we cooked several dinners during our stay without any issues. Laura is an exceptional host. She met us at the nearby car park (just a short walk from the apartment) and walked us to the property, which was a lovely personal touch. She also sent proactive suggestions for things to do on a day when the weather wasn’t ideal for hiking, and her restaurant recommendations were spot on. She was always responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return!

Nice Location and very close to the ski area!

We had a great week in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, and Fondo surprised us with its welcoming atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings. The area is ideal for those who love winter hiking, with breathtaking views and many trails. We had a really good time and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful week in Dagmar's apartment. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need as a family with two children. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Buses leave nearby for the Kronplatz ski resort, but we used the car for this. Communication with Dagmar and Max was totally pleasant, all questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

We have had a very comfortable stay. The host welcomed us with kindness and useful information. You will find everything you need in the apartment and the apartment is very central. We also got a crib on request. The apartment also fits very well for a stay with baby.

Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

New apartment, equipped with all comforts, comfortable beds, large shower, kitchen provided. Central location ideal for exploring Merano on foot. Nearby underground parking included. Great experience, we'll be back.

The apartment surprised us with many amenities and very nice amenities. Spotlessly clean and very cozy at the same time. Located on the edge of the countryside, close to the forest, with the possibility of many walking trails with a dog. Independently, the entrance and deck gave you the freedom to enter at any time. Great contact with the owner, who cares and cares, while ensuring independence. We'll be recommending and returning.

Beautifully renovated old farm - great location for cross-country skiing and ski tours

The nights at the place were great. A good bed helped us to recover from the strenuous climbing days. Luciano was super nice and showed us everything. Glad to come back 😀

Great location, just on the outskirts of town. Plenty of great restaurants. The house was very large and perfect for the 4 of us. The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Only suggestion I have for the guests, bring your bathroom soaps and some paper towels. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place. Marc

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

Practically new, clean, equipped and with a spacious and bright living room. Spaces are rational and well distributed. The house is minutes from the cable car to Alpe di Siusi. Amenities and restaurants are within walking distance. If I had to go back to Trentino with my family, I would not hesitate to choose this place. A special thank you to Eleonora and Lidia for their availability and courtesy that are not discounted.

Check-in was very flexible. The host took enough time to show off the entire facility. You can use the great, large indoor playground. There is also an indoor swimming pool with slide and an associated sauna! A gym is also included! The apartment has a lot of storage space. The kitchen is modern, the bathroom tip-top. In addition, you have a great view of the mountains from the balcony!

We spent the Easter holidays guests in Vanessa's villa: the location is really very nice, both in terms of interiors (spacious, comfortable, tidy and clean) and for outdoor spaces (immense green spaces, well cared for, with all comforts and fully accessible): pool, relaxation area, tennis court, green expanses widely appreciated by all of us and anke from our dog who was free to move in green spaces and completely fenced. I found the apartment very clean and tidy. I enjoyed finding extra pillows to sleep with the highest head. Possibility of parking in the internal courtyard, closed with gate, so safe. Quiet area. Elevator. Also nice terrace with coffee table and chairs to sit in the sun. I guess it's even nicer in the summer, since there's also the outdoor pool. Dr. Joachim is a helpful person and tries to satisfy the customer. I had asked and got to be able to check in early. I had the pleasure of meeting your daughter who came to give us the keys to the apartment. I hope to go back because I had a very good time. Thank you Dr. Joachim

The apartment was very neat and also well furnished. Located in an industrial zone so i would recommend a car, but the apartment is located in a residence with Italians, young families, very friendly and respectful. The view over the mountains are gorgeous (Bolzano is incredibly beautiful).
