L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. The building is quiet and located by the sea. You can swim in the rocks located at the foot of the building and are a few minutes walk from the port, the market and the beaches. Non-nominative parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. It may happen that there is no space. In this case, you can unload the car at the foot of the building and park in the area near the footbridge at the top or in town.

The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

My place is close to everything, the view is exceptional over the bay of Portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you. Restaurants, beach, shops are all next to you, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and cost of parking right next to the apartment, and you can enjoy your vacation on foot, beaches, restaurants, and relaxation.

Bright and comfortable studio, tastefully decorated and furnished, offering stunning views of the Bay of Bandol, allowing you to enjoy the transparency of the water from the terrace located on the fourth and top floor of the residence with elevator. The bedding was changed in July 2023 (new 160 cm sofa bed), to improve comfort.
