Monthly Rentals in Sanchong District

The place was clean and complete with daily necessities, even umbrella which was very helpful to us with only hand-carry baggage. Really loved the bathroom toiletries provided, it really makes hair soft unlike most hotel shampoo and conditioner. The place is right in front of a bus stop and walking distance from the MRT station which was very convenient. Convenient stores with ATM and a lot of food stalls and restaurant are also nearby. There’s a night market as well which was walkable too. Jon was responsive and helpful. He always check if everything was alright. He also sent us food recommendations and instructions on how to use some appliances. The place doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs were skinny so be mindful especially if you have big luggage, but overall, it was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at Ellie’s for a week at the tailend of our Taiwan trip and it was so worth it, the place looked exactly like the photos if not more spacious and it felt very cute and homey! Really convenient to travel since we were a walk away from the train station and it was nice to be in a local Taipei neighbourhood. Ellie was very friendly as well, answered any questions we had and helped us get thicker blankets when we asked too. Thanks for having us!

Yumi’s place was great, the MRT and bus stations were only a 3-5 minute walk away so you can easily reach the city center.

A beautiful apartment situated in Sanchong overlooking the large park. Exactly as described, 10/10 apartment - we loved it! So spacious and comfortable and the very secure. Staff in the building are friendly and helpful. Jason was a wonderful host! So helpful and friendly. He made us feel at home and was very responsive to messages. 10/10 host!! 7/11 is just behind the building which is great to grab any essentials/snacks. Larger PXMart for groceries 10/15 min walk (opposite Sanchong station). Great transport options for exploring the city; Metro - (10 min quick walk/15min slower walk) to Sanchong metro which is super convenient to head into the main city areas. Also near the Airport Express MRT (only 35mins to Taoyuan airport). Just take a 5 minute cab direct from the Airbnb to ‘New Taipei Industrial Park’ and then get onto the Express line there. Bus - 5 minute walk to Chongxin bus stop (by Louisa coffee) and many direct bus options to Ximen. Highly recommend - 5* !!
