Can’t say enough about Ron. He was on top of communication from the day we booked our trip until we checked out. The house is in a great location right on the beach. Everything you need is a short walk or car ride away. 10/10 recommend.

Kevin & Jennifer's place was perfect. It was convenient to nearly everything you could imagine. The security guards were extremely friendly, and the bikes were perfect for our kids to get out and explore. The house itself is beautiful and Jennifer has truly thought of every detail! It will be our new favorite place to book!

Great place for a family! Easy to get to the beach and the pool. Plenty of space for everyone.

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa beach. We got to experience the florida blizzard during our trip! It was a very short walk to the beach and it was nice to wake up to the views of the lake especially when the dock was covered with snow. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your home

This place was absolutely incredible. Open any of the patio doors and see the beautiful green ocean white sand and palm trees. Pool was amazing for the family. Private beach access was perfect for elderly and kids with us. House came with all beach gear, and private set up daily for chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor shower to rinse off. The pictures do not do this home justice. Our entire family had the best week we could possibly imagine and the layout of the home was perfect no one was on top of each other. The hosts were amazing and responded so fast. Safe area. Cooked out with the grill. Got to see sun rises and sun sets daily. Central location to everything. This is literally a gem. We searched hundreds of airbnbs and landed on this one and we are so glad we did. I can’t imagine coming back to destin and staying anywhere else. This house and the hosts set the bar for future stays 11/10 would recommend. We stayed for 5 nights. Only regret is not staying longer

For us, Laura’s place is near perfection! It has beautiful, private outdoor spaces, is steps away from a pristine and quiet beach, is homey, nostalgic and comfortable. It’s also clean, well equipped (especially with beach gear) and Laura was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We’ve already made plans to return! This is truly one of the best places we have stayed, and 30a is our absolute favorite part of Florida.

Loved the close proximity to the beach, loved the porch swing and the view of the ocean, love the gated community of houses, little loft area was peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding host, very responsive ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Cute neighborhood with beautiful pool and attentive HOA staff. We loved walking to the beach everyday and the sturdy wagon was a game changer for hauling our gear and everything we could possibly want with us to spend the day on the beautiful white sandy beach. Christina’s house had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Welcome Guide (app) was a go to with all the information at our fingertips. We enjoyed our extended stay in Christina’s home and made great memories with family who visited us. Thank you for being an amazing host and sharing your home with us!

Location was amazing. Very walkable neighborhood, cute cafe, and can’t get better access to the beach. We had 10 people- 5 kids and 5 adults- and house met our needs very well.

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! What a beautiful house! The house looks better in real. Also very child friendly with a kids playroom. We loved to stay in the house with a wonderful pool, 9 min walk to the beach - but we used the free bicycles and needed only 4 minutes. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would love to come back!

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

The house was amazing! It is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach and a close drive to an outdoor mall. The house the very clean and organized, exactly how it’s portrayed in the pictures. The host was amazing, giving us instant feedback and always just a phone call away! Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay there again!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME WITH THE PLACE. IT WAS CLEAN AND LOVED THE GIFT OF THE SPICES. VERY SPACIOUS. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. DECORATED NICE AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE.

Loved our stay! First time in the Panhandle area of Florida and really enjoyed Inlet and Rosemary Beaches! The house was beautiful and so convenient to everything! The bikes were a bonus! We rode to both beaches to avoid parking and traffic. The new underground tunnel made crossing over to the other side of 98 very safe and super easy and Kirstie was very accommodating and friendly when communicating. Totally recommend! Thank you!

This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!

Great family vacation spot

The house was beautifully done and very welcoming. It was a close walk to the beach, and all necessities were provided. I (and our dog) loved the upstairs balcony as well. We all had a great time and look forward to staying again.
