Welcome to our beautiful mini-house located on a beach property, a short drive from Preikestolen. The guest house is for two people with a 160 cm bed, parking space just outside the door, wireless internet, smart TV, kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kinds of utensils (pots, plates, glasses etc). Bathroom with shower and toilet inside the guest house. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wall-mounted panel heater in the main room. The guest house has a private entrance and is separate from the house, only 17 sqm.

The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.
