Monthly Rentals in Sandy Ground

Samantha’s home met our expectations and the property is described and pictured accurately. It is located away from all the huge resorts so understand you are staying in a local Caribbean neighborhood. For us it was delightful! We felt safe and loved being able to walk to one of the many beaches on Anguilla where we talked to local fisherman, saw lots of chartered sailboat cruisers coming and going, had restaurant options, could swim, snorkel, etc. Our communication with the host was excellent. We easily coordinated using the washer and dryer. Kitchen was complete with everything we needed and there were frozen ice packs for our small cooler for day trips around the island. The a/c worked very well as it only took a few minutes to cool down the bedroom in the evenings once we turned it on. We would definitely stay at Samantha’s place again. In our opinion, a rental car is a must to have in order to access and enjoy the entire island.

A perfect place to rest and recover between beach visits. Very easy check-in and parking. AC in the bedroom made for a good night's sleep.

We first visited Anguilla in the 1980s. We were looking for a quiet easy going atmosphere with beautiful beaches. Anguilla was exactly what we were in search of and didn’t take too long to travel to. We always vacation at Sandy Ground, Anguilla but had never stayed at Edward’s Inn. We hope to return next winter.

Michael’s condo exceeded our high expectations! With its spacious layout, elegant and fresh decor, cook’s kitchen (good knives, spices, a range of cooking equipment) and other amenities, we had everything we needed and felt right at home. Every day our beach chairs and umbrella were set up for us right out front on Sandy Ground beach. With a variety of restaurants within an easy stroll, small fishing boats and yachts within view, a fascinating shipping dock nearby and a few local families enjoying the beautiful beach, we felt we were experiencing Anguilla as neighbours not tourists. Our beach time was serene and the water was perfectly clear and never too rough for swimming. Michael is a responsive host and has created an oasis. We also liked the location of Sandy Ground as we were able to easily drive from there to restaurants, grocery stores and other locations at both ends of the island.
