Die unverbaute Aussicht auf die Silvretta ist atemberaubend. Die nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der zu Fuß erreichbare Lift machen die Lage der Immobilie einzigartig. Auf dem Grundstück können bis zu 3 PKWs parken. Die Parkplätze werden von einer Sicherheitskamera überwacht. Der benachbarte Bungalow bietet Platz für 4 Personen.

In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

The apartment is located on the top floor of an appartment house, on the south side of Silbertal. From here you can directly start go skiing at the Kristberg or the Hochjoch area which belongs to the Silvretta Montafon
