Your retreat in Montafon – peaceful, with a view

The 'Zamangspitze' apartment is located on the first floor of the old Montafonerhaus. Access from a separate guest entrance. The flat is approximately 42 m² in size and comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a kitchen–living room with a sofa and a dining table (for 4 people), as well as access to the corner balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All rooms start from a small hallway. On the balcony you can enjoy sun all day long thanks to the east/south orientation.

Am Walde is the perfect mountain escape for family and friends looking to bathe in nature on the ‘Balcony of the Montafon’. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Here you will find WiFi, a comfortable LED TV with full Netflix access (cable digital, 40 inches, 4K/Full HD, USB, HDMI), a kitchen with induction stove (basic dishes available) as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a hairdryer. Also worth mentioning are a real Montafon table, hand-planed oak floorboards and doors.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Vacation home for 2 - 4 people

In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
