The 66 m² bungalow has been newly renovated and can accommodate the whole family. In addition to the latest technology (Mesh Wi-Fi, 100 mBit, LG TV, Disney Plus,...), the bungalow offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. The nearby shopping and the elevator within walking distance make the location of the property unique. The apartment "Berlin" (75 m²) with bathtub and its own sauna. It is located on the ground floor of the modern extension of our old Montafon farmhouse. Separate entrance with two parking spaces right outside the door. It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large kitchen and dining area and a cozy sofa corner. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional guests. The small ground-level outdoor terrace is accessible from the living area or the large bedroom.

Johnny's Maisäß Gaschurn [Corn Alpine Chalet]

Right on the ski slope or in the hiking area, and yet where the fox and rabbit say good night - a wonderful place to be active and at the same time enjoy the tranquility of the mountain. WE COMPLETELY REBUILT JOHNNY'S OVER THE SUMMER OF 2024! In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this cosy and centrally located accommodation in the village centre of St.Gallenkirch with the best public transport connections to the new gondola stations of the two top ski resorts Silvretta and Grasjoch/Hochjoch. Even in spring, summer and autumn, the various cable cars offer a varied and convenient opportunity to explore the Montafon mountains (Rätikon, Silvretta, Verwall, ) with their beautiful backdrop.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

You can reach our Maisäß by car in summer. In winter, the arrival and departure is organized by us with the Skidoo.
