The property is located at an altitude of 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by its cozy atmosphere and quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts.
