The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Unser Bauernhof befindet sich in Kirchdorf in Tirol, eingebettet zwischen den Kitzbühler Alpen und dem Kaisergebirge in ruhiger Lage. Im Winter erreichen Sie die Schigebiete St. Johann in Tirol, Kitzbühel und Waidring-Steinplatte innerhalb 10-15 Fahrminuten, sowie Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 Fahrminuten. Im Sommer gibt es zahlreiche schöne Wanderungen für Familien oder geübte in der umliegenden Berglandschaft. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Das Appartement liegt im Dachgeschoss - mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser. Auf dem gemütlichen Balkon lässt man sich auf Sesseln mit Lammfell sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter die Abendsonne ins Gesicht scheinen. Da das Appartement im Zentrum von St. Johann liegt, braucht man kein Auto - das bleibt am Privatparkplatz stehen. Man erreicht Geschäfte, Lokale, öffentliche Einrichtungen optimal innerhalb weniger Minuten.

Beim Blick aus Ihrem Apartment direkt auf die Kitzbüheler Bergwelt, brennen Sie zwar schon darauf, sich endlich Ihre Sachen zu greifen, um in den Tag zu starten. Aber das Frühstück wollen Sie trotzdem noch in aller Ruhe genießen. Sie haben ja schließlich noch den ganzen Urlaubstag vor sich. Abends, dann wenn die Sonne sich hinter den Bergspitzen zur Ruhe bettet und der Mondschein sich breitet, lockern Sie Ihre Muskeln.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
