great apartment everything was cozy and super clean , host was very nice to us and friendly , we really enjoyed our stay there!

The apartment layout was perfect, with a great kitchen where we were able to create some nice dinners all of us, without crouding each other. This a really nice place to stay and I can highly recommend it to any party of four. A privat parking spot adds to the ease of use and we enjoyed every second we spent in the apartment. The view from the living room was spectacular and you will never get tired looking out the windows after a long day outdoors. All in all a great placs andf highly recommended.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für 3 Mitarbeiter gebucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, sodass wir bei nächsten Projekt in Linz gerne wieder bei Ana buchen werden.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Apartment absolut genossen. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Apartment war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die überaus gastfreundliche Kommunikation: Beatrix und ihr Mann waren immer schnell erreichbar und haben uns mit hilfreichen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

This apartment is a lot nicer, cosier and larger than shown in the photos. It has a 70s and 80s feel, the wooden floors are lovely, there are happy house plants and a gorgeous view from the large windows. The balcony looks over the quaint roofs and parkland of the town as well as distant mountains. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is cute and there is thoughtful lighting throughout. A huge plus was that our host provided generous quantities of bath towels, dish towels and plenty of drying racks. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry basics. This really contributed to a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which we partly solved by keeping the bathroom window ajar and the bathroom door shut. Also the toilet pedestal was wobbly. The location is minutes from the train station and the town centre, but is nevertheless beautifully peaceful. Would stay again.

Nemanja was a wonderful host. The apartment was comfortable and clean, right in the center of Bad Aussee. Everything was close by, and enjoying the view from the balcony with a morning coffee was a real pleasure.

Thomas and Sandra’s place is beautifully spacious, clean, and has absolutely everything we needed for an amazing holiday skiing. Hosts were very helpful and communicative and we were so close to the slopes! Thank you, would definitely recommend !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Sabine sehr genossen. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos - es ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir würden hier sofort einziehen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz (wir sind zu viert) und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gefrühstückt haben wir - bei Sonnenschein - im Garten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was wir besonders genossen haben. Es war sehr sauber! Sabine war flexibel beim check-in und die Kommunikation war super. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und haben es sehr bedauert, dass wir nur für ein Wochenende da waren. Wir kommen jedoch sehr gerne wieder :-)

Ein super idyllisches Landhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in der Waldviertler Natur. Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumiger, als es von außen wirkt. 100 % Empfehlung.

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

Also wir waren nur eine Nacht dort damit mein Mann nicht so lange fahren muss aber wir waren begeistert die Kinder und der Hund haben den garten geliebt und wir waren alle enttäuscht das wir nur eine Nacht hatten. Also uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen klein gemütlich und toll eingerichtet.

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

Wir waren zu fünft über Ostern im Chalet 37 und haben uns dort super wohl in der gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche gefühlt. Das schöne Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock konnten wir in der kurzen Zeit und bei schönstem Osterwetter gar nicht richtig würdigen. Dafür genossen wir den herrlichen Garten mit verschiedenen Bänken, Tischgruppen, Liegen und tollem Blick ins Gaflenztal. Das komplette Häuschen ist geschmackvoll mit liebevollen Details und Deko eingerichtet. Einfach ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Bei Ankunft hat uns der Hausherr auch gleich noch einen Raum im Nebengebäude zum Einsperren unserer Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Super nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!!

The house was very clean and well equipped. As the interior is modern and clean, you will enjoy city-like (fancy) house but with very beautiful lake which is in 10 minutes walking. On top that, I could enjoy the morning in the beautiful and cozy balcony. I will visit here again when I come to Gmunden. 집이 매우 깔끔하고 집주인의 세심한 배려가 곳곳에 보이는 곳입니다. 혹시 Traunsee쪽 오신다면 강추할만한 곳이네요. 주차도 아파트 주차공간이 별도로 있어, 차를 가지고 오신다면 이곳을 거점으로 할슈타트나 잘츠부르크도 한시간 거리로 가셔도 됩니다.(저흰 그리했어요~)

I really enjoyed my stay at Maximilian’s place! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring really easy. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, and spotless clean. One of the highlights is definitely the balcony, the view of the beautiful river and the snowy mountains in the distance is stunning. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bad Ischl!

Wat een geweldige plek om te overnachten, ruime woning, heerlijke tuin. Goede bedden en rustige omgeving. Alleen de auto kan je niet parkeren bij de woning.

Andreas’ place is really beautiful and comfortable. Andreas was accommodating and helpful. I had a peaceful retreat and will definitely come back and stay again.

Diana ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen umgehend reagiert. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt gegenüber der Talstation der Bergbahn und mit Blick auf die Talabfahrt. Mit der Gondel ist man sehr schnell im Skigebiet Dachstein West. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein beheiztes Fach im Skidepot. Ein Gemischtwarenladen, wo man frische Brötchen und die nötigsten Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bekommt, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es im Ort ein paar wenige Restaurants. Wir haben die Tage in Rußbach sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eine sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder 👍😁

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

Had a great experience, again, with the Alpine Ski Resort, listed under Leavetown. The check-in went smoothly, got a replacement apartment after we discovered, that we don't have a balcony, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean, everything prepared. Thank you.
