Holiday rentals with a patio in Sanremo

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Fui en el gran premio de Mónaco, los precios son altos en general en esta semana, el único pequeño problema que tuve fue encontrar el departamento y las escaleras hacia el mismo. The accommodation itself is ideally suited for a couple or two individuals traveling together, offering an intimate and well-appointed space. Its prime location is a significant advantage, providing convenient access to a wide array of attractions, amenities, and points of interest. Furthermore, the pricing structure was found to be entirely appropriate and represented excellent value. The property's walkability is a key feature, with numerous destinations and necessities easily reachable on foot, allowing for effortless exploration of the surrounding area. Also the balcony is really really great.

Super Lage nahe der Altstadt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Spielplatz alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof Richtung Monaco und Cannes nach schönem Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Großes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Wer im Wohnzimmer schläft, wird das Nachtleben hören. Parkplatzsituation und Autoverkehr ist in der gesamten Stadt schwierig. Wir sind mit "Bolt" gefahren. Tres bon emplacement et tres bon logement avec piscine dans la maison et climatisation.

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

La maison d’Helena est hyper belle et toute neuve. Sur les hauteurs de Nice à 15mn du centre en voiture donc pratique et en même temps en dehors de la ville avec une super vue, piscine canon et jardin d’enfant très appréciable. La maison étant neuve il manquait quelques petits détails pour que tout soit pratique à l’usage mais nous avons fait une liste à la propriétaire qui va y remédier. Si vous êtes en voiture même un format moyen ne rentre pas dans la maison mais jamais aucun problème pour se garer devant. Vraiment de super vacances chez Helena je recommande.

We had a great stay in Lauies Airbnb! She is a wonderful host, very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her! The apartment is just great! It is very nice to walk down into the city center. To go back you can either walk, take the bus or an uber. Also the patio is very nice! There you can have your breakfast (there is a shop just 5’ from Lauries home)! It is a wonderful place if you plan a city trip to Nice! Best place to be = Lauries place!! Hope to be there again some day!🙏🏽

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Ottima posizione, e host molto disponibile e reattivo. Fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è sicuramentela terrazza vista mare ampia e ben curata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed il soggiorno con tutte le comoditaà è garantito. Ben 3 televisori ( 2 piccolini e uno grande) tavoli e sedie in abbondanza. Probabilmente necessita di un rinnovo nei copriletti. Fantatico il dondolo sul balcone, anche se dimostra i segni dell'età. Simpaticamente problematico la gestione dell'acqua calda in bagno, ma molto ben indicata. Comunque un'ottima esperienza sicuramente da replicare e consigliare.
