In a 1350 m2 property with a lush garden is your private sea view cottage with garden access. The lodge has full garden access (not fenced or separated from the common area) very green with PRIVATE JACUZZI, TABLE AND BARBECUE. The accommodation offers: equipped KITCHEN, HOUSEHOLD LINEN, AIR CONDITIONING, ITALIAN SHOWER. The property is composed of three dwellings. The common area is: the central terrace, where there is: a SWIMMING POOL (heated), "CARDIO" area and BILLIARDS.

The accommodation is attached to the owner's house but with independent entrance. You will have access to the private pool. Accommodation located on Chemin Summer in St Gilles les Bains, 15 min walk to Les Roches Noires beach. You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

On the garden side, you will have an accommodation comprising a bedroom, a bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet and on the sea side an outdoor kitchen. All reserved for you. You are the only guests we welcome. The pool is shared only with myself and Xavier. The villa is well located 10 minutes from the coastal road. It is the ideal location for hiking trips. Access to the lagoon is easy thanks to the fast track. Reserved parking space in the courtyard.

The Sapotes Bungalow

In villa 200m altitude with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and swimming pool. We have a lovely dog in the garden. There is an extra €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Convenience stores at less than 10 min walking. Saint-Paul center 20 min by car and beaches 30 min. Public transportation possible but complicated.

Simple studio, located under our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Possibility to enjoy the pool terrace especially to eat alfresco. The small above-ground pool can only be used in summer (November to March). No guests allowed. Small kitchenette with all necessities, small bathroom and bed for 2 people. Possibility to come possibly with 1 child because there is 1 clic-clac. 10 minutes by car from a UExpress, 5 minutes from a bakery

Nice fully renovated T2 that seats up to 4 people (1 bedroom and a sofa bed) ideally located between beach and mountain in Bois de Nèfles Saint Paul.
