Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

This is my best experience on Airbnb😍 The house is just incredible, fully equipped with everything you need (there is even parchment paper and paper towels in the kitchen). In addition, it is very, very clean! I felt like I was at home, not in a rented house. It is obvious that everything is done with soul and love. The city itself is very beautiful. The balcony is incredibly beautiful, we enjoyed these views every day. I’m very grateful for your attention to details, such as washing powder or spices in the kitchen, everything is so well thought out, it is amazing. Thank you very much! We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

Fantastic stay. The house, small, but with everything you need and very clean and cared for. The terrace, the most pleasant place, no noise, cool in the evening night..lovely. We stayed for the month of Feb to get out of the cold in the UK. We had two dogs with us and the place was perfect for dog walking and cycling which is what we wanted. The huge outside space also worked well for us as it was very secure to allow dogs to roam. The house itself was great, spacious and very much as described. Communication with Elizabeth was very good also, and we were met at the property on arrival and shown around. We were also told in advance if anyone was coming to the property or gardener or pool guy. We were happily left alone the rest of the time. I was happy to do my own cleaning/ washing linens for the month and that was not an issue. But this could have been different if I had requested it. This was a wonderful place for us and was exactly what we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. Not many amenities are close, so a car would be needed.

The impressive house,better than the photos ,everything was clean and tidy there was nothing missing in the house to be able to enjoy it, the children had a great time,the pool surprised us since it had very good depth and was very clean and well cared for. Different areas outside to be able to be. We didn't get to use the sauna but it looked great. Very quiet area but close to Santa Pola just 14 minutes away . Benko is very kind and attentive. We'll try to come back for sure!!!!

This house is absolutely amazing one of the best places i have ever stayed through Airbnb. Clean and well furnished. Close to shops and airport. Cristian the host is very helpful and if you need to text him he is always there to help. I couldn't fault the house or the host. I hope to come back someday.

We had a great time at Gregoria's apartment. Very quiet with amenities and space suitable for us. Everything was very tidy and the apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, living room...). Also, she was always accessible for any questions or issues we might have (that there weren't). I would highly recommend their place to future guests.

We spent almost 6 weeks in this apartment and had a great time! The apartment had everything for our long stay. Additional pluses: desk and terrace. Ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle but still a short walk from the beach and city center. And the green hill with the castle at the end of the street! Wonderful to walk in the evening and enjoy the view. Teresa helped us super well. She responds quickly and it is very nice to communicate with her. We would definitely go again!

He's a champion in price and location. It's fit for purpose, although the walls are a little thin, and one of the beds squeaks rough. Oh, and we got a paper from the neighbors to not use the air conditioning after 22 because they can't sleep (we didn't need it). The host is flexible and very helpful, I recommend it!

Incredible welcome from Monique at her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in a residential development with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has all the luxury details to spend a stay with all the amenities, it should be noted how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything work so that your stay there leaves you with a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Good place to spend a few days, in a quiet area, no noise. The estate is great and very careful, they have cared for every detail so you don't have to get out of there if you don't fancy (pool, games, space...). Loli is very friendly and although he lives in the same estate, he gives a lot of freedom. When we were there was an event (birthday party), but everyone was very respectful and there was no hassle.

Stefan was easy and great to communicate with and the house was like the description. It was good proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants!

Everything is very good, the house is very clean, the interaction with the owner is excellent, definitely a great choice. Thank you
