My Mother turned 70 & just wanted a Weekend Getaway with her Daughters & Granddaughters! It was just that! A Beautiful, Private & Peaceful Girls Getaway! We were even blessed by a Family of Dolphins that made an appearance & gave us a wonderful Show! Everything was Perfect!

Cilia's home is located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for having a restful evening after a busy day. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even allowed me to stay a bit past check out due to my flight being rescheduled to a later time. The area is low key, which worked perfectly for me because i work overnights so it was very peaceful while I was on my shift. Most things are within relatively close proximity if you don't mind walking a bit. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be doing so myself.

This was my second stay with Sherry, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Sherry made me feel completely at home with her warm, accommodating nature. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable, and her hospitality is unmatched. The house itself is consistently spotless—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It’s clear Sherry takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. Whether you’re looking for a long-term stay or just a short visit, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. Sherry was a very friendly host and super accommodating. Helped me with an early check in. Offered me a variety of snacks and drinks in my first day and gave me an elaborate tour of the place and amenities. Keeps the place squeaky clean and organized. Would highly recommend staying here if you happen to be here.

Lovely condo, back from the street, so relatively quiet. Clear instructions, roomy. The place was much better decorated than other AirBnBs, with vintage Santa Cruz photos and lovely Santa Cruz art posters. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed here for my dad’s 60th birthday and it was the best time!! It was the perfect location, beautiful, clean, and had great amenities! We are already planning another trip to go back!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Bob's place. The well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook our Thanksgiving meal without problems. We enjoyed the deck for the ocean view, comfy chairs, and stargazing at night. The beds are very comfy and well-supplied with blankets and comforters for the cool nights. The laundry room had no detergent, so be sure to take some with you. Otherwise, we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Would love to return.

Can’t beat this location right on the beach. What a beautiful spot and cozy to hang out in with the wood stove. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and we were comfortable with the kids sharing a room (we brought blowup mattresses) so the adults could hang out in the living room at night. I would definitely recommend for folks looking to stay right on the beach.

My daughter and I loved staying at this 2-bedroom place in a quiet residential area. The facilities are top notch and the host, Gene, is super friendly and welcoming. I look forward to staying here again when I'm back in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Jaya's place. She is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view—exactly what I was hoping for. Everything was clean and well-kept, and Jaya made sure I felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

My son stayed at Soheila's place for 14 weeks during his internship. She was a great host and made it very comfortable for my son to feel at home away from home. Her occasional homemade dinners and desserts were delicious additions to all the recommendations she made for restaurants around the area. She was extremely accommodating and made sure the place was cleaned biweekly.

Loved our time staying at this lovely home. My family wanted to get away for a few days and relax and that’s exactly what we did. Love the communication and flexibility of check in . Every room had a beautiful view . We definitely felt relaxed and enjoyed eating out on the patio everyday. We would love to come back again.

This is an awesome place to stay!! Literally less than 5 mins to walk to heart of Capitola wharf, surfing & restaurants, yet quietly tucked away on the river. They had a canoe and launch site right there at the house, plus we brought kayaks & surf boards. Beautiful, shady, quiet area to canoe/kayak that feels very private, as no public access on river. House fit the 6 of us well. All beds and furniture a bit worn, but super comfortable!! Kitchen has what you need to cook and eat with, but no supplies of spices, etc…You have to provide all, but if you forget, like us, Safeway, Nob Hill, even local liquor store had milk/creamer, condiments, etc…had it all & very close. Car port only fit a smaller car & rest of us used the local lot that was a 5 min walk away if you take the back streets, but you do have to pay daily for that lot. Overall, great trip and great house, the privacy feel yet literally just around the corner from the heart of town was such a blessing for our family get away!

nice quiet location. responsive hosts. overall nice experience. recommendations: a water heater or a coffee machine would be nice. and if you guys had a washer/dryer, could have easily charged $10/night more.

Great stay just minutes from the beach! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, both a large patio adjacent to the kitchen and great sunsets from the roof deck. Slept 5 fairly comfortably - one couple in the king bed, two singles in the two twins, and a (willing) friend on the pull-out couch.

This was my second trip to this beautiful property. I have only good words for the hosts. starting from the booking till the checkout. I can't wait to go through the "Cheshire Rio Oceanotherapy" again . Highly recommend!
