A very light, fresh and comfortable duplex in the middle of picturesque village of Santa Luzia only 90 m from the water, and 2 km from Tavira. The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

A quiet village, 2.5km out of tavira, easily reachable through a street with sidewalks and a even a bike lane. Restaurants can be found within walking distance. Tavira island can be accessed using a 5 minutes ferry to Terra Estreita beach, literally 80 meters away from your doorstep, or you can simply walk (3km approximately) to Barril Beach using the pedestrian bridge to cross.

A scenic view of the waterfront displays numerous boats anchored in clear blue waters. The shoreline features a mix of sandy areas and patches of greenery, with palm trees visible along the edge. A few vehicles are parked along the seaside path.
