Our cabin is the ideal base for experiencing Spring 2026, when the mountain is dressed in a thousand shades of green and the fresh air smells of new blooms. Immersed in the tranquility of the mountain, La Cà dal Rino is an authentic mountain cabin, carefully restored to offer maximum comfort, maintaining the warmth of wood and stone. Spring is the perfect season to explore the area before the arrival of the summer heat.

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Our comfortable mountain apartment is located in Albogno. From here, you can reach several mountain trails and we are close to the ski lifts. It has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, table and sofa. A kitchen complete with appliances, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a full-size bed, a bathroom complete with everything and a washing machine. It has a large terrace with a table and chairs where you can dine or sunbathe. Free private parking.

With a short walk along the famous red road of “Via alla Riva” you can reach Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. Supermarkets such as Coop and Migros are within walking distance. Blue zone (public parking) for parking, present in the area and for a fee. Minusio train station is 300 meters from the accommodation.
