The apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has two bedrooms, being one a suite, and two complete bathrooms. Both rooms, face the street, having a beautiful balcony, from where you can enjoy the views. One has two single beds, whilst the other a double bed. You also have a fully equipped Kitchen with sofas and TV and a charming living room with a double sofa bed, that can also be used, with complete privacy, as a third room simply by closing a pair of curtains. The Apartment is equipped with all modern amenities such as AC, cable TV, free WI-FI in all the apartment. By staying in this apartment you will enjoy all the nearby restaurants in the very street and walk to all your sightseeing points around the city This apartment is part of a just renovated building composed of 5 apartments that can accommodate up until 28 people divided by the several apartments. The apartment is located in downtown Lisbon between the Figueira and Commerce Squares. All major sightseeing points lie within walking distance. The castle is a short walk or ride in the famous 28th tram at the end of the street. You have the Rossio and Baixa Chiado subway stations 2 minutes away from the apartment. Both the nr.28 and nr.15 trams are one minute away from the apartment. In Figueira Square, in the beginning of the street, you may found a taxi point and a parking for your car. Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
