In the 4,500 m2 space, there is native forest, lake, gazebo, swimming pool, barbecue area, fireplace and lots of nature. Ideal for couples with children, friends or the whole family. It is 15 km from Conservatória, the land of the seresta, a must-see for anyone visiting the region.

Unique house in the center of a 5,500 m² plot, the plot is not fenced, with: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, TV/DVD, Chromecast, equipped kitchen, balcony with hammock, Wi-Fi. It is 3.3 km from the village of Maringá, 2.5 km from Maromba. The road is not the best, but any car can get there slowly. We only accept small dogs (up to 10 kg) Welcome!!

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
