Torre di Longara: confort e relax poco fuori città

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

" La Casina" è situata nel cuore di Ferrara, a ridosso delle antiche Mura, adiacente a Piazza Ariostea, al Palazzo dei Diamanti, alla facoltà di Giurisprudenza. Grazie alla posizione tranquilla in cui si trova, è l'ideale per una pausa rilassante o come punto di partenza per raggiungere, a piedi o con le bici, i siti storici.

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area.
