Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Our stay in Comillas was simply perfect, and much of it is due to Rikke. From the first moment, she was an attentive, friendly host and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. She greeted us with a warmth that made us feel at home from the very first minute. The place exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that Rikke takes care of every detail with care. In addition, the location is unbeatable to explore Comillas and enjoy its coastal charm, unique architecture and delicious gastronomy. It is a super nice chalet, well equipped, very well located, it has a super close and bars around the beach nearby and for an ideal walk, which is what we wanted. Lara super bien..

Raquel was super responsive in everything. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. We went with our dog and left us bowls for her :) if we have to go back to Santander we will choose her apartment without hesitation!!

We had a fantastic time at Irene's apartment. From the first moment, the contact was very friendly and Irene was lovely. We were traveling with a little girl and on the floor she had a crib, a high chair and a bath, which made our stay very much easier. Leaving the floor there was a park for the little one and the beach and the pedestrian area were less than 1 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need to spend a stay of 10. We were 5 adults and there was enough room for everyone. The terrace is super nice. You can park the car in the same building, point in its favor as well. In the apartment there is everything for cooking and normal life if you don't want to go out and eat outside. We 100% recommend booking with Irene! We will be back 😀 thanks !

The apartment is centrally located and is nicely furnished, with everything you need. Shopping around the corner, very quiet, well ventilated, 4th floor. Javier is a very nice host. Absolutely recommended!

We spent a few days at this place and it was wonderful. The apartment was impeccable, with every luxury of details and amenities. The hosts have always been aware that we were at ease and our little one enjoyed it very much. We will recommend it to all our friends and we will be back for sure soon!

Maria is very lucky to have a VIP home. We were delighted in the house and in love with its views, we spent our days and nights with the blinds up watching the field for every window you will look at. The house upon arrival was as if it was yours, collected, clean and with everything Maria had told us. The sheets and towels are put by us, but I always make it easier for us to put them on her, just as she offered us a travel crib for our little one. The location of the apartment was ideal, 3 minutes from the walking center and 5 from the beach, surrounded by countryside and without any noise, just the birds and the wind. The large garage with a direct elevator to the apartment. We went with a van that measures 1.98 m and came in! (in case someone serves the information). We certainly loved it.

The house has an excellent location to visit the area and is located in a very quiet place. It is fully equipped very clean. It is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Make a special mention of the large patio since if you go with children it is ideal. Felix is very helpful and helpful at all times. 100% Recommended. Surely we will repeat.

Encantados! Belén was a great host, she was always available and everything was easy on her part. The apartment is great and its terrace a gozada, it is very well located inside Somo and is a good starting point to get to know Cantabria. We'll be back!

We have spent a few spectacular days, we travel with two dogs who have enjoyed Pedro's garden as if it were their own ... the sun that gives in the morning is really comforting, the location of the house is perfect for taking walks and enjoying the beach and the nature that surrounds it, we are in love with the surroundings and all the nearby towns. THANK YOU for everything Pedro I am sure we will return !

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

Maria Gemma is very attentive to leaving us an umbrella and fixing a problem with the light because there was a storm she answered us very quickly and the dogs were very good

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach, shops and walking areas along the coast and countryside. Margarita was a great host, attentive and thoughtful, and her house was very comfortable and cozy. It's been a great stay.
