The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

The "Oltremare" apartment is a gem designed to accommodate up to 5 people in a spacious and comfortable environment. It is just a minute from the sea and the center of Riomaggiore. The rooms face west, offering spectacular views of the 5 Terre sea and picturesque sunsets. Orizzonti Apartments is a building located on one of the quietest streets in the town of Manarola. Walkable from the station or parking in about 10 minutes. You will be welcomed by large interior spaces and a 45 sqm garden overlooking the sea and the entire town of Manarola. The wonderful view will allow you to see in the distance also the villages of Corniglia, Monterosso and Punta Mesco. The building was built by Giorgio Riccobaldi, a poet and writer from Manarola.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

On clear days you can see the Island of Elba and Capraia. From the house there are hiking trails, a climbing school and a 5-minute walk to the church square where we can find the museum, the bar and the path that leads to the monument, Ossuary, built in memory of the massacre.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place.
