In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Suite San Calogero has an amazing location in a vibrant neighborhood between the fish market and Castello Ursino. Walking distance are the famous fish market, the main square in Catania - Piazza Duomo and many restaurants and bars.
