One of the rooms offers a sofa-tv lounge (160 channels, fiber-internet and Netflix). The kitchen is equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle... A reading area with 2 armchairs. A bathroom equipped with an XXL bathtub. Laundry and storage room Your accommodation is 550 m from the center of the village.

The 37 m² independent apartment is located in the centre of Chagny, on the first floor of our house. It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, and a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, a fridge-freezer and an espresso machine. All the shops are nearby, the Sunday morning market is 90 m away, the train station is 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as are other restaurants.

Charming house, located in Nantoux, a small village on the back coast of the Beaune region. 10 minutes from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, this little nest will welcome you to its green setting. Its orchard and small river will bring you all the calm and rest you desire. Warmly decorated, you can also enjoy the warmth of its fireplace. Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
