Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

For 8 to 10 people - 4 bedrooms, including one on a mezzanine level - 6 beds and 2 sofa beds - 3 Bathrooms. House functional and in a very good condition. Large equipped kitchen, Piano, Nespresso, 4k TV, Netflix, Prime Video Fiber Internet 1 hour from Paris by TGV, close to the A6. Tasting and sale of fine Burgundy wines at the estate, at producer prices.

Ground floor: eat-in kitchen (25 m², tiled floor), living-dining room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub, and 1 WC with washbasin. First floor: 4 bedrooms (ranging from 9 to 40 m², with parquet flooring), 1 WC, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with WC. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, etc.). Maintained to ensure comfort, this farmhouse has retained its 19th-century character. There is an adjoining garage with a Type 2 charging station.

Former renovated farmhouse over 2 floors: very quiet, with every comfort! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. You will have a cottage adjoining the main house but nevertheless independent, close to a park with goats and chickens. Horseback riders, a meadow can be provided, with hay and water. Ideal location for tourism, between lakes and castles, a stone's throw from Morvan but also from the Wine Route, at the crossroads between Beaune, Dijon and Semur-en-Auxois...

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there.
