Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Santiam River

Greatly enjoyed the stay at this home! Marcus was very quick in responding to any questions/requests given. Everything lined up with the photos provided in the listing and felt very comfortable with four guests present. Was able to fit two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle out on the street. Parking beyond that is already hit or miss. Looking forward to staying here again if I’ll be in the area👍👍

James was so kind and responsive. The house had a good setup for a few small families to stay. It was located near Beaverton and other family members which is why we chose this location.

My family and I came in for the Eugene marathon. Jenny’s spot was perfect for us. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, a great brewery and the running store and also just a short drive (or longer walk) to the university. Jenny’s place had everything we needed, including children’s books and toys, which our toddler loved. Jenny is a very responsive and helpful host. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This place was just what we needed... three bedrooms for the adults and twin beds for the boys. The kitchen was quite well stocked and the couch was comfy. Enough parking in the driveway. We walked to and from the Whole Foods. And a shorter walk to restuarants, bars, and pizza places. Very satisfied.

Great spot on the east side of Portland. Hosts were friendly and proactive in messaging us important details and instructions. The unit is clean and cozy with all the amenities anyone could ask for. The only downside is that the location is near some train tracks and shipping bays, so the amount of noise at night was a bit of a surprise. But I didn’t have a problem with it and neither did my friend who joined me on the trip. But if you are sensitive to that sort of thing then you may need to sleep with the windows closed.

Pieter was an incredible host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, smelled amazing, and the sheets were pristine—which we truly appreciated. It was comfortable, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed. What truly set Pieter apart was his kindness. When we accidentally left our iPad behind, he went out of his way to take time out of his weekend to meet us at a restaurant and return it. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to us. Highly recommend Pieter as a host—thank you again for everything!

Great location! Easy access to parks, food and drink. Ed and Kym were simply wonderful hosts. We only stayed a couple days, but felt right at home. Thank you!

Leslie left perfect instructions explaining how to find the apartment and how to check in. She was super flexible with our flight times which was such a treat after a long day. The place was clean, had plenty of good coffee shops, ice cream, and restaurants all within 10 mins. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Leslie communicated wonderful recommendations and was extremely friendly. 100% would recommend this to anyone coming to Portland! The location was great for our trips exploring the coast, the city, and the mountains.

I had a great experience during my four-night stay at Debra and David's home. The house was truly wonderful, making me feel completely at home. It was evident that the house was filled with beautiful memories. Debra was very helpful and attentive to her guests. All the essential amenities, along with some additional comforts, were readily available—everything you could possibly need was provided.

Great place and perfect location for our show at the Moda center.

This was a great place. I would definitely stay again! The only slight issue was that the Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent. Cell phone reception also was not the best. Still, a really great stay with Jeff!

This wasn't the first stay with Jingzi and will hopefully not be the last. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, private, and yet walkable to local shops and restaurants. Jingzi is kind and gracious, an excellent host.

This place is both spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is really cute. Walking distance from about of restaurants, bars, and shopping in the Mississippi neighborhood, and only a 5 min walk from Light Rail or a couple of main bus lines. The hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was very clean, while remaining inviting. It was peaceful and quiet, despite being so near a couple of major through streets. If this place is available any time I visit Portland and need a 2br, this will always be my spot.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday! We absolutely loved everything about it especially the view of the course! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! The bubbling brook provided a restful atmosphere, especially while enjoying a meal in the dining room or coffee in the balcony. Beddings and linens were plush and smelled clean. Our host was friendly and proactive, reaching out with instructions regarding check in and check out, and kept in touch with us. We also appreciated having a designated off street and covered parking spot. We highly recommend this condo and host. And would love to stay here again the next time we’re in the Salem/ Portland area!

We had a fantastic stay. We are grateful they offer a rollaway bed as our son and daughter don’t enjoy sharing one bed! The place was spacious, clean, very well stocked, and wonderfully peaceful.

After having to move from a host from He** to this place it was sooooooo refreshing. We overly LOVED this place. It’s so comfortable from the beds to the couch. The listing says it’s noisy because it’s on a Main Street but we heard NOTHING. We slept like brand new babies. It’s in a perfect place and not far everything. We will be staying here in future visits and I recommend if your looking make sure your booking cause it’s a wonderful place. The history of this house is Amazing and the owners have taken really good care of the place. I loved how the upstairs was set up and it’s so much space up there. The communication with this host was great and it was quick. My family of 6 were able to stay and get away from the world by being here and it was well deserved and needed. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Perfect space for us to stay while visiting family in WestLinn. Enjoyed using the grill a couple of nights when our grandkids came over. Mary Jean was very friendly.
