The house is simply amazing , a great place for kids to feel at home . All very organized and has everything you need for a great stay . Emerson was amazing giving us all the necessary support, the house has a homemade that has always helped us in an amazing way as well . The house is a dream and let's go back for sure .

Excellent accommodation! We felt at home, we spent a beautiful and happy weekend. Large house, airy, clean, with excellent natural clarity. The playground and pool won over the children. Super recommend, and no doubt we will return at another time. Bruno is excellent, super requested and responds very quickly and accurately to all questions. Loved our stay.

Dona Marluce was an exceptional host, always attentive and welcoming, and even gave us tips on places to stroll, making me and my friends feel at home. It is a large, clean, well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful view and with privacy, there are no buildings in the front. The condominium is excellent for those with a small child, because even on rainy day you can have fun with a heated pool, toy library, game room (there it has a certain smell of mold), outside playground and courts. It has a 24-hour minimarket inside the condominium that helps a lot. It has a muiiito supermarket near the building and it is not far from the centre. 10min walk to the beach, quiet but with a child or carrying much better by car. Kind and thoughtful hosts respond quickly.

I went with a group of friends and our experience was excellent. Place is very nice, cozy, clean. The very kind concierge and SR Wang always responds. We want to go back and stay there! worth a lot for the location too..close to everything.

Amamos spend a few days in the apartment! It is super cozy, complete and with everything we need. The condominium is beautiful, with a quiet and very pleasant environment. The landlord was extremely helpful, polite and explained everything to us very clearly. We will definitely go back again!

The studio is great, it has everything you need. It is in a very good location, as there are several good restaurants nearby, it is about 5 minutes from the nearest subway station and the area is safe. The fact of having a concierge 24h gave us even more security. In addition, Alencar was very helpful and gave us all the necessary instructions before check-in.

I loved every moment in the pond house. A haven of tranquility, where time seemed to breathe slowly. The trail, flanked by khakis' feet, was almost a poem in the shape of a path. And nature, without haste, offered its spectacle... chorus birds, dancing leaves and the company of my parents and boyfriend made it the most special place... Gratitude for this piece of peace.
