It has 4 en-suites, one of which is on the ground floor, great for people of age with difficulty in climbing stairs. Air-conditioning in all rooms, fireplace, barbecue, cable TV, WI-FI with 105 MB of speed, swimming pool (optional air-conditioning) with space reserved for children, and you can also choose to have an employee to prepare basic meals and tidy the house daily.

On the ranch, in shared use with any other guests, there is: a paved running track, tennis court, heated swimming pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more.
