The house is located in the upper part of the village. While it has the traditional tower structure of ancient Castelbuono houses, it boasts an ultra-modern architectural renovation that provides the interior with a blending of contemporary lines and historical charm. From the entrance, a futuristic staircase leads along the different floors and rooms equipped with every modern convenience and on the highest floor there's a panoramic terrace with barbecue overlooking the town and the mountains.

The beautiful view of the town and its old port, the surrounding greenery and the area in which the house is located, make it a relaxing place a few kilometers from the beaches and the historic center. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a new bathroom with shower, the kitchen and a large outdoor covered space where you can eat. A car is needed but the house has parking
