Monthly Rentals in Sant'Omero

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Great experience in Patrizia's apartment! The entire property is very well maintained, the apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bikes provided to get around the area on the beautiful waterfront bike path. The possibility of using the beach spot (umbrella and sunbeds) is a plus that we really enjoyed. Ideal choice for both short and long stays. Absolutely recommended!

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.
