Local tranquilo e familiar, não são permitidas festas ou outros eventos. A casa acomoda idealmente 8 adulto e é permitida a permanencia de pets (com taxa), para mais de 8 adultos contactar no chat! Será necessário enviar o nome e documento de todos os hóspedes para que a entrada no condomínio seja liberada.

It is located on the Bertioga Channel, with an exit to the sea.
