We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

Amazing weekend, the host Marcelo is always very attentive. It was super flexible in both check-in and check-out, we will definitely be back more often.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is cozy, peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I was very happy to accept my medium-sized pets, something rare to find. They loved it, and it seemed like they were equally enthralled by the ambience. The hosts were super attentive and thought through every detail, ensuring everything was impeccably clean and smelling. The surrounding countryside is stunning, with beautiful woods that provide incredible peace. Thank you! 🙏🏼🥰

What can I say about this place??? Without words, the best place I've ever been, and I've been to many, beautiful place, very well received, everything very clean and organized, everything modern, lots of games, large pool. I highly recommend it!!! I look forward to returning!!!

The house is very simple but it met our needs well. Pool and location are a great differential that was worth a lot. The service and attention of Alessandra also counted a lot. It was a great weekend.

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

The site is perfect, just like the photos. Marcelo host was very proactive and receptive, he was always willing. We love the stay.

The house is very nice, two comfortable and air-conditioned rooms working very well (it made all the difference in those very hot days!), the pool has a great size and the water was in the perfect temperature to cool off without being cold. The barbecue area integrated into the pool and backyard environment allows a lot of mobility while we prepare the barbeque. We took our dogs and the two were able to run a lot and safely because everything was surrounded. As a point of improvement: a more modern smartTV in the room, as it was difficult to access the streaming services (the Wi-Fi signal was great, the problem was with the TV)

I only have compliments for Juliana and her father, Mr. Ari. They were attentive from start to finish, always available and flexible regarding check-in and checkout time. The apartment is cozy and very complete. Pertinho da Praia. I recommend it to everyone!!! I will definitely return again!! 🥰

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

Even before the trip, we were already giving us several top tips from cool places nearby, which made all the difference in our experience! The house is a spectacle! Exactly as in the pictures. Super-equipped, clean, comfortable, with a delicious leisure area… you can enjoy it without worrying about a thing. Has everything we need to really relax! During their stay, they continued to be super present, asking if everything was right, if we needed anything… this care made us feel at home for real.
