The accommodation was cozy and offered a beautiful view. Communication with the host was very good and if there was a problem, a solution was quickly found. The building is a bit older though, and the location might not be ideal for some guests. Overall a pleasant stay though!

My group was on mission in Fortaleza and we were very well served by Mrs. Ellen. The description and photos exactly match the site and Ellen was super attentive. I recommend it and I will return whenever possible.

The place is super complete, it has everything. It has no coffee maker, but it has many other appliances that compensate. The location is great, but I was afraid to walk, as the streets leading to the movement are deserted. but it is very close to everything. The building is very complete, has a good area of coexistence. The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It is only the bedding clothes, which were very clean, but with a not very good appearance.

Excellent stay !! Emanuell always helpful, responded promptly, the place is identical to photos and comfort is not even talked about. I highly recommend it, it is a complete and comfortable stay. I will return more often for sure.

The apartment is very comfortable, has one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The pool is big is very good, wonderful. It is located in the best part of Beira Mar de Fortaleza. It is very good to walk on Beira Mar at night, I recommend.

Great view, excellent condominium structure, well decorating apartment and very cozy, super good people host. I recommend with my eyes closed. Some things could be better in the ap, the wear and tear, but for people who know how to give value, I thought the ap was pretty cool. These are small details that do nothing of your comfort or experience. Great showers, great beds, well-equipped kitchen, great gourmet balcony…It's worth it!

The Location of the Apartment, the modernity, the hostess are good points for me. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvio’s flat in Escala Residenza, Fortaleza. We absolutely loved the apartment – it’s comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. Silvio was an excellent host, very welcoming and always available whenever we needed any information. He was also incredibly flexible, which made everything even easier for us. We’re already looking forward to staying there again!

We would like to thank Lars and the homemakers, everything was clean and organized. Our stay was perfect, the ad faithfully described everything the house had available. Concerteza we will return in the future!

I had a great service on site. Renê knows the region very well and gave me many tips for tours. All very assertive. Waking up to the amenity of a breakfast well made by Laila also was very worth the experience. I really appreciate all the whimsy, support, and warmth.

The house is wonderful, all rooms have air conditioning, kitchen equipped with everything we need. comfortable beds, all the rooms with bathroom the house are very well I think 10 12 people, all very clean and well taken care of. The location is wonderful is close to the beach and tent, the view from the room above is perfect, the host very helpful, and the homemade as well. me and my family like it very much, we will definitely be back.

Booking a space for a team is always a challenge. But when we're lucky enough to find a place on the platform and the team finds that everything is exactly as advertised, we're relieved. The space is very good, everything extremely clean and the contact with the host and her co-host was very smooth. In other words, a satisfied team and very well accommodated. I highly recommend it.

Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

The building is old but nothing that hurt our stay because the apartment was impeccable and super comfortable! The only bad point in fact is the bathing area of the social bathroom but nothing that damages the stay since it has the bathroom of the suite that can be easily shared! By the way the suite is wonderful ! The second room also super spacious with a king bed!

I spent 5 days in the apartment. It was days of full rest and peace. The extremely quiet location, the super clean and preserved apartment, all utensils (bed/table/bathroom/kitchen) properly sanitized and available. The view from the balcony is surreal of beautiful, with panoramic view of the sea, side of the shade, quiet and pleasant, perfect for enjoying with family, friends or even two. The air-conditioners and TVs all work properly. The condominium has friendly and requested staff. The common area of the building also super organized, clean pool and pleasant leisure area. I want to be back soon.
