The house is cozy, well-equipped and organized, just like the listing. The balcony with deck and backyard with amora's foot are a different charm. We were greeted with delicious biscuits. Matheus was super attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. We love it and we will definitely be back!

We spent pleasant days, as a family, celebrating so traditional Holy Week in São João Del Rey. Ricardo's residence features excellent attributes: incredible pool, spectacular leisure area, privileged location, and magnificent views. However, potential tenants should be aware of a legal restriction, a court settlement with neighbors that prohibits excessive noise. Therefore, if the intention is to use loud sound, noisy engine vehicles or promote noisy events, it is essential to reconsider, as the police are activated immediately, resulting in the signing of a waiver. Despite this inconvenience, the stay was pleasant, with the sound restriction being the only negative point. In short, the property is ideal for guests seeking tranquility and silence, allowing only ambient music at low volume.

The house is very cozy. Impeccable cleanliness when I arrived. My parents loved it. Everything was great, I don't even know how to describe it. Everyone was comfortable. It was a great experience. I recommend it.

Domique's house is beautiful! The availability of the rooms, almost all of which are suites, gave us incredible comfort. Super true to the photos. The location is excellent, and it is possible to do most of the tours on foot. The house is well equipped. The only point of attention is that the Wi-Fi, despite being good, due to the thick walls (historic house) does not cover much of the house (bedrooms and front rooms). I was able to work in the dining room without connection problems. We had a great time there. I recommend it! I hope to be able to return!

We spent a wonderful holiday in Tiradentes and stayed in this amazing home of Elaine/Angela. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the property. The house was impeccable: bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, perfectly clean living room, and the utensils in the kitchen available and of excellent quality, which made all the difference for our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the bedding was clean, providing a good night's sleep. The location of the house is also excellent, on a quiet street without noises, which ensured maximum comfort and rest. Ângela gave us tips and quickly responded to our messages. Without a doubt, if we return to Tiradentes, our choice will be Elaine/Angela's space again. The hosts were super attentive and made us feel at home. We recommend many.

Grand accommodation, all very clean in the smallest details, new utensils, complete TV with streaming, smell environment, excellent laser area with pool, great location… everything beyond what is advertised! Gabriel is to be congratulated on guest reception and communication! I highly recommend it.

Clean apartment, easy to do everything on foot, very close to the train station that makes the locomotive tour. It offers towels and bed linen. Bruno very helpful and request, I recommend.

The house is a cute, very well structured with everything you need to spend time for, from kitchen utensils to iron! Everything clean and working well. I liked the privacy of the place and the tranquility, it is close to the center but far from the hustle and flow of tourists, perfect!! Communication with the tbm host was great, with quick responses and attention to solve any problems.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures and Angélica answered every time we need very quickly and politely. Looks like we're home. The place is close to the main attractions and it is possible to get to know the entire historic center on foot which is very good because getting parking in the city center is very difficult. The apartment is very complete and Angélica is very kind and received us super well, the check in and the check out were super simple and fast. We love the stay and we will definitely use it when we return to the city.
