We spent great days in the apartment of Girlene! The house was clean, the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, the barbecue also, there was nothing missing. The location is excellent and the check in and check out with excellent times! We will definitely return!

We love the building, we take rainy days and the building has an indoor pool and other ways to have fun, Katia always attentive, gentle and very easy to deal with. It is not so close to the beach, but the path is quiet and pleasant. We'll be back for sure.

All perfect. Starting with the agility in answering questions here, with Sérgio. The house is near pizzeria, bakery and the main… the beach! It has chairs and umbrellas available to carry. I and my family stayed in the house with a jacuzzi, the children loved it, certainly contributed a lot to the rest and union of the family in a fds together. Mauricio welcomed us very well. Nothing to complain about! We will definitely come back more often.

Great location. Spacious house, serves large group of people. Quiet and safe condominium. Only 1 bedroom left something to be desired because it had a lot of mildew mark. As our group was smaller, and we didn't need the lower room of the house, it answered perfectly.

The apartment itself has a great location with views to the local vegetation and sea. The property has the necessary for a long stay and the condominium well located. Super clean and organized apartment. It is literally next to the beach, 3 mins walking (only cross the street). It has several markets, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. There are several options of restaurants for delivery via iFood. The beach is quiet with several drinks/portions kiosks. The building is very nice with large parking. We don't use the sauna or the pool, but we took a look and it looks pretty cool. The tenant Miguel was super helpful and polite. In the apartment there is everything, several beach chairs, umbrella, dishwasher (which facilitates life), a great washing machine, the air conditioning is very cold. I felt at home. In addition, the building is quiet and is 10 mins driving from Riviera de São Lourenco beach. I recommend this hosting with closed eyes. I will definitely stay here again.
