Safe, lots of do, awesome beaches, great people. There's an awesome brewary walking distance as well. My vacation spot from here on out!

The second time we have hosted with Nilson place is perfect for spending time with family. Nilson always very attentive, and was able to flex our entry and exit times of the apartment , local and close to the beach , market, pizzeria and the quiet beach with infrastructure We love our stay once more!!!

Our stay at the apartment was amazing!! The photos match reality, the apartment was clean, we didn't miss any utensils, as it had everything we needed. The location is perfect!! We will definitely be back! Gislene is very kind!!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos of the site. Everything clean and organized. We do not use the utensils of the kitchen, as we chose to eat out, but for those who intend to prepare something is well equipped. The place is quiet.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

Apartment with excellent location, we were positively surprised by the number of attractions in the condominium, dry and wet sauna, tennis courts and others. There was an ice machine to fill your thermal box at will to take to the beach. We stayed very well and Daniel was very communicative, I intend to return at other times.

Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

We were 21 people including 7 children, giant house 7 en-suites enough for the privacy of each couple, everyone was delighted with the house, simply identical to the photos it seemed surreal, everything we needed was available Mrs. Ivete and Mr. Gilson extremely polite and welcomed us very well, the ideal beach for children super quiet, we hope to return soon🙏

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium amidst preserved forest. It corresponds directly to the listing description, with all equipment and furniture in great condition. The beach is quiet, well attended, mostly by local people. The condominium offers umbrellas and chairs. The host Fabio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We only had one problem with the air conditioning in one of the was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the housekeeper who provided us with a great tidying and cleaning and cooking service.

The house is sensational, super equipped, impeccable and super helpful automation system. Júlio, speechless, kind and understanding at all times! Evelyn, nominated by him, a great cook, super professional and quiet! I'll be back as soon as I can! The stay could not be better! Thank you
