It has a simple restaurant, but with a very good spice 5 minutes walk from the condominium. Grate to God and you who have given us a very valuable time

Apartamento met expectations, we felt at home. The apartment was a little dirty when we arrived, but the next day they were cleaning. We'll be back for sure.

This was my first time staying on Airbnb site, and the experience was great! The flat was perfect, the kitchen super-equipped, the room clean, the sleeping excellent, I really did! Boqueirão beach, close by, we walked. And also, there was a laundry, which I think is very valid for those who will spend several days. Japaratinga is a paradise, we fall in love with the beaches. Kleber's house is very cool, exactly as described in the advertisement and photos, excellent standard and comfort, the condominium is mt bom tmb, a few meters from the sea. Spectacular accommodation. All very clean and organized. The apartment is very beautiful, the internal space is great and the decoration is very good. Everything with a new and functional face. The bed and the pillows are excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are concerned about making the environment as good as possible. I felt at home. It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend and would stay again if you return a day.

The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!
