It was all perfect, impeccable AP, all very clean, all the items in the listing available, exactly like the photo, an amazing view. Great location, the building has the convenience of the beach service and the pool is heated, perfect structure with game room, gym. Both Gabriella and the building's employees (janitor and gatekeepers) are extremely gentle, polite and helpful. We'll be back for sure. And the host Gabriela was able to fulfill us in a special request I asked for her. The stay was perfect. Thank you for giving us a perfect weekend, the whole family loved it.

Juceli was a very attentive host, with regular check-ins with myself and accompanying guests to ensure things went smoothly - with even a recommended list of activities and locations to explore, to boot! The airbnb we stayed also felt homely and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The neighborhood, much to the surprise of my native friends who were also guests, was also VERY safe! I would recommend giving this an option to have a great access to what São Paulo has to offer!

It exceeded my expectations. Location exactly the same as the listing , not counting the excellent location, close to banks , restaurants, malls, etc. Attentive host and responds super fast , even allowed me to enter before the allowed time since I arrived early and the ap was already cleared . I will definitely be staying again. Super recommend !!

Very good, close to the customers and the Coworking we were near the Faria Lima subway, bars and snack bars. The only point and that the gatekeepers of the building are extremely rude, but the apê and the host, note a thousand.

We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend!

After having a terrible experience at another Airbnb in the city, we found ourselves needing to leave early and were scrambling to find a new place to stay. We reached out to Gilad, hoping he might be able to accommodate us on short notice—and he absolutely went above and beyond. From the moment we contacted him, Gilad was incredibly responsive, understanding, and sympathetic to the situation we were dealing with. Elisangela, the housekeeper, was equally amazing. She immediately traveled to the apartment to tidy up and help us settle in. She was so warm and kind—exactly the energy we needed after the chaos we had just experienced. We decided to step out for lunch to give her space, and when we came back, she had even gotten a sweet treat for our troubles! The apartment is simply perfect, I can’t recommend Gilad’s place enough. Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped - we will definitely be back!

Best airbnb possible. The only defect of the site is that there are no ballad options around, but the room paid off so beautiful and delicious that it was to stay in the hydro relaxing, looking at the view or watching something on TV. In the apartment there was simply EVERYTHING, there were food, hygiene items even moisturized scarf and moisturizing oils, a stock of soap, a stock of candles to use at will. For who is fitness there there was a gym, in the AP there was hypercaloric, scales, treadm in the AP.. For those who like BDSM will fall in love with the vibe of the apartment. The energy of the AP is very tasty tbm, I who am Piscean feel the energy of the place a little too much.AMEI and I go back dnv.

From the beginning Camila was super helpful and kind. I was going on vacation, so he offered to arrive earlier, even though I didn't make it.
