Loft holiday rentals in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

Ana and Juliano were extremely attentive. The place delivers what it promises. The location is great. There is a market nearby, restaurants, parking is good and secure. Returning to São Paulo I will rent again.

Leticia is really a super host. The location of the apartment is excellent.

I felt so much at home that I will now need to change mattress because my back has become accustomed to Giselle's mattress! What a delight to spend those days there! Giselle is extremely kind, attentive and helpful! The concierge is wonderful! They put everything for us in the elevator, they helped us with the luggage! Uns amores! 24h concierge and valet! I felt in a hotel, only with the comfort and the home space! Amei! I will! Thank you Giselle!

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

The loft is identical to the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, clean and extremely smelling linens and towels. The view is spectacular! Bertha always very kind, gave us all the necessary information, plus great tips and all the instructions. I loved it and would come back more often for sure.

The apartment is new, well furnished and very comfortable. Exactly as in the pictures. The communication with Nelson and Carla was smooth, they always responded quickly and gave us clear instructions about the listing, check-in, checkout, and were very helpful. The location of the condominium is good, with a nearby mall, many options for food and leisure.

Excellent accommodation, close to the metro and restaurants, a very safe and easy to access neighborhood. Very satisfied with the choice and super recommend for future guests.

Staying in Monica‘s house was perfect for our Sao Paolo stay, we loved the beautiful airy location (it’s also super nice that it’s a personal home and not just a sterile Airbnb!) check-in and out was super easy and the area offers lots of walking distance food options etc. We were four people so of course the couple in the main bedroom had the more comfy sleeping situation, but for a few nights the matresses are absolutely fine. Would always recommend staying with Monica!

The loft is super cozy, all very organized, clean and modern. We love the stay and will come back more often. Tamie and Thiago were super solicitous, always giving us clear and objective instructions.

The apartment is on Paulista, financial street of São Paulo, a bustling location and is also safer around at night.The room has a large space, but in the living room and part of the middle, we basically leave some luggage.There are also photos of the small Chinese town a few decades ago in the room, which we found magical.São Paulo has a lot of food, we didn't cook in the room, but basic induction cooker and utensils are there.There are quite a few days in the neighborhood, so it's easy to eat.The room management is more standardized, and there is a slight difference in the feeling of other homestays, and the response is timely, but there are more rules, such as emptying the garbage and turning off the refrigerator by yourself, which is relatively rare.The freshener in the room smells big, but it can fit in for a while.Overall, it's recommended.

Rented this space for a few hours to film an interview. Great spot!

Everything Perfect, as agreed!

Great place & great location. Lots of good neighborhood bars & restaurants around. Mini market in walkable distance. We loved the window blinds- we were there for Carnival & slept all day, the blinds kept the room dark & cool. AC worked great. The face recognition locks were great to use. Only 1 elevator was working & the light in the outside hallway to the room was out, which made it very dark getting to the room, neither of these are the host’s problem, just letting the next renters be aware. Over all, lived it & would definitely book again!

Everything was great! The place corresponds to everything that is proposed, it is in a good central region of SP, near at least 3 metro stations on foot and is located in a building where there is a tourist attraction, the Sampa Sky (which I had no idea, discovered on the day hahahaha) Vivi was great to me, responds fast and always very kind. I highly recommend!! :)

Edison was very helpful. I stayed with him for two months and the apartment was great. He was very helpful and would always respond quickly if I needed anything. the apartment was great, with a beautiful and peaceful garden with palm trees and banana plants. I had plenty of privacy and the house was very secure in a very secure neighbourhood. I would definitely stay again if I have a need for accommodation in the area.

Apartment very well located, ideal for those who want to stay for a while in São Caetano. Air, TV, kitchenware, washing machine, shower and bed, all very good. Marcos was very clear and cordial in his communications. I recommend and intend to return.

The view of the apartment is breathtaking! Too beautiful. It's well located, close to the metro and easy to find Uber. The apartment was clean and organized. I kept in touch with the co-host André in which he was very attentive, answers the messages quickly and left everything organized for our check-in.

I went alone, with my dog, to rest at the Carnival and I felt very welcome and safe. Ralf and his family are very kind and attentive, the communication was very fast, he sent an illustrated map with all the information to get me easily, they are very nice people. About the loft: very clean, with charming decor, comfortable, with a delicious balcony, a wonderful silence and it is exactly like the pictures. I slept very well, the room is very large, with air conditioning, fan, towels and bedding and also has another bed in the mezzanine, in addition to extra beds. The kitchen very well equipped and organized. The place around is a wonderful peace, perfect for those who want to rest and disconnect, in a very natural environment. Access to the cities is very easy, so much so that I went every day to stroll through them to meet. I recommend and any questions, ask Ralf and he will clarify promptly. I really enjoyed it!

Adoreiii is located in Robson's apartment, everything clean and organized, as per the announcement. The location is perfect, in front of the famous Estadão, with delicious snacks, groceries, mall and metro, all close!!!
