Recommend! We spent great days there! Cozy Ap, well-equipped, clean, with structure (TV and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room ). Very good condominium pool and is two blocks from the beach (we went and back on foot without problems). Condominium orai service very good! Amanda was very helpful in the instructions and in the attendance. Check out was flexible (which allowed us to escape from the back traffic!). I recommend it! And we will definitely be back.

Gustavo's apartment was nice ,clean and exactly how it's described. The location can be a little busy, but it has good restaurants and easy access to many places. I'll be back!

All excellent! Quick check inn, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Great location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all near the apartment. Clean, impeccable, air-conditioned location, everything perfect! I highly recommend it!

We love the flat Local clean, organized, exactly as described. Easy access to the beach, safe, good parking space, the ice for cooler is very good!! The condominium's tooth still has a mini market and mini restaurant that serves lunch and makes pizza for dinner. The pool is air-conditioned and clean.

I had a wonderful stay, the place was impeccable, very clean and cozy. Jennifer was very attentive, she quickly responded to the messages. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place.

BETTER THAN THE LISTING!!! Communication with Renato was dynamic, clear and fast, it helped me in everything I needed. We were very well received by the condo staff, very easy and quick checkin. We went with a 2-year-old who went to the beach walking quietly, because it was very close. The very good beach service, besides having more chairs in the apt if you need it. The balcony is closed with glass, safe for those who go with children. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, with clean linens and changes if needed, it has pillows and several mattresses. The apê is equipped with everything for long stays, kitchen items, cleaning and others. The condominium has several game rooms for those who want to take vacations, toys and huge pool… everything from the 9th 22nd. MY FAMILY LOVED The STAY, sorry it was short… we came away wanting to go back and stay 1 month. Of the Airbnb that we already have, with ctz one of the best.. ah, for those who want safety for sightseeing, is the place! SUPER RECOMMEND!

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. We loved the stay in the condominium. Bruno is an excellent host, always on standby. The house corresponds exactly like the photos, the condominium is wonderful, the beach in Riviera São Lourenço is lukewarm, calm, family environment. We love this stay, we will definitely be back soon. We recommend with your eyes closed.🙏♥️

Tomas was always very attentive and quick in response. We closed at the last minute and we were able to get in and out quickly and easily. The tips sent were perfect and make the tour look even more interesting. Spacious and pleasant place, all perfect.

The place is beautiful! The house welcomed us very well. The landscaping is beautiful, wonderful nature. Alessandra and the helpful husband. That was great! We held an event and served very well.

The house is wonderful. Super equipped, clean. Really a great stay for those who want to relax and rest. The home town Simone was super attentive, communicative and helped us with everything we needed, even though we didn't hire her service. One point to point out that it is important before you book is that there is a 10km stretch of dirt road (which is great), but I think it's cool to go with a higher car. Finally, the rooms have no curtain so I particularly woke up very early with the window light, but maybe this is not so relevant for some people. I recommend super and would come back.

The jacuzzi is a high point, very good! Communication with the hostess was very objective, with all the clear information for check-in and check-out. All well organized, I recommend!
