In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

The apartment (inside the Residence), unique for its size and position overlooking the sea, is ideal for relaxing. Here you can choose to enjoy the private beach (with umbrella and sunbeds), visit the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia or discover our scenic and archaeological beauties. You will find a bedroom with a sea view, a comfortable sofa bed for two more people, a small terrace where you can use the electric barbecue, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Rich in wine, olive oil, and local cheeses, Sulcis is a delight in the summer and equally enchanting off-season, offering the perfect time to explore its scenic trails, authentic flavors, and ancient traditions.

Giallo Limone was born from the renovation of an old ruin. It retains the ancient charm of simplicity and elegance. It offers rooms with a private bathroom and the entrance is independent, the large veranda and the equipped outdoor kitchen allow you to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Guests have the opportunity to visit the Gulf of Teulada with our 22-meter Milmar sailboat, built entirely of wood.
