In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. Here you can choose to enjoy the private beach (with umbrella and sunbeds), visit the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia or discover our scenic and archaeological beauties. You will find a bedroom with a sea view, a comfortable sofa bed for two more people, a small terrace where you can use the electric barbecue, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces. This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors. It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).
